- Thorough discussion about your medical and dental history
- Complete extra-oral head and neck exam
- Oral cancer screening
- Facial esthetics evaluation
- Comprehensive periodontal evaluation
During your visit, Dr. Prokopets will discuss your chief concern and answer any questions you may have. A recent (within 1 year) complete mouth set of x-rays is necessary to determine an accurate diagnosis. If your general dentist has taken these x-rays, please have them forwarded to our office.
